St. Patrick's Parade
Woodbridge VFC, March 04
WVFC will be participating in the Woodbridge St. Patrick's Day parade, organized by the American Irish Association of Woodbridge on Sunday, March 10. The parade kicks off at 1:30pm. The parade route begins at Woodbridge High School and travels along Freeman St - Linden Ave - Green St - Amboy Ave - Main St. We sponsor the Richmond County Pipes and Drums who will be marching along with us. Amazon Drill
Woodbridge VFC, February 24
This week we participated in a drill at Amazon's refueling station. Amazon's fleet of vehicles is moving toward cleaner alternatives, including compressed natural gas (CNG). Members were given an overview of the CNG transportation system and how the vehicles are fueled. Caroline St MVA
Woodbridge VFC, February 12
On Feb 12 at 1630 hrs we responded to an MVA at the corner of Caroline and Augustus streets. The vehicles were secured, absorbent was applied to the fluids, the passengers were evaluated by EMS and PSE&G was on scene to inspect the pole for damage.
